Hi there! My name is Bailey Ormeche, and I am a recent graduate from Westfield State University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a B.A., in Communication, a concentration in Media Arts and Analysis, and a minor in English, while also focusing my studies towards Graphic Design and Digital Content Creation.
While I've taken on small-scale photography projects in my area ranging from engagement photos and portraits to community group photos, I've also gained experience as the Publicity Coordinator for Westifled State's Commuter Council. Through this position, I've gained experience creatively engaging with my fellow commuters through social media. This included creating flyers for events and marketing those events through social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter.
Additionally this past year, I served as the Photography Coordinator for Westfield State Universities Albert and Amelia Ferst Interfaith Centers Art of Listening Event. The event will focus on using Lectio Divina with multiple sacred texts and combined with photographs, centered around loving our neighbor as a means to understand one another better. My responsibilities included not only taking photographs and editing but coordinating and scheduling individual photoshoots with a second photographer and our sixteen model volunteers.
Like most twenty-something-year-olds of the 21st century, I have an affinity for Netflix, caffeinated beverages, and social media -- so be sure to look me up and click those social media links below!
Above all, I'm obsessed with visual storytelling and love to collaborate, so please feel free to HIT ME UP 🤙🏼
- Bailey
